We sit in your Slack and your Linear, in whatever standup you already run. Work moves through a short list of active priorities, usually two at a time, so nothing sits half finished. Each one ships as a walkthrough plus a running prototype, and you reorder the list whenever the roadmap moves. No weekly status meeting, Looms every 24 to 48 hours instead.
925 is boutique and senior-led, with a bench of specialists we bring in against named scope. On every call you get the people doing the work, not an account manager relaying it. Both founders came out of engineering before moving into product design, which is why the prototype above is code rather than a Figma click-through.
Pivots are the normal case for the teams we work with, so the retainer is built around a list you reorder rather than a scope you renegotiate. Dropping a direction costs you nothing and does not restart a contract. Ten days notice to pause or stop, either way, no lock in.
Design systems fail when they are built once and then left to drift. We build and then maintain yours: a real Figma system with tokens, components, variants and states, plus detailed files that spec every state an engineer would otherwise have to invent. Keeping it current is part of the retainer, not a side project someone fits in. Where your engineers already have their own components, we map ours onto what exists rather than asking them to start again. On confidentiality we sign yours, not ours, stealth is normal for us, and this page is unlisted. You own every file and asset outright from the first delivery.
Investment
